We recently completed a project replacing a set of sectional overhead doors at a site in Wales, where the customer had particular requests for the doors. The sectional panels and track mean that each door opens vertically rather than swinging outwards; vertical opening industrial doors are particularly useful for factories, garages, and warehouses such as the transport sector premises where we completed the installation.

To allow sufficient light into the warehouse, 15 vison panels were included in each of the bespoke up-and-over doors. We also included wicket gates on a number of the new doors to allow personnel ease of access, with each panel coated in our RAL 5003 Sargasso Blue plastisol finish. Insulated sectional overhead doors help maintain a consistent temperature and noise level throughout the warehouse and each are fitted with anti-fall-back devices for optimum safety.

Regular servicing will be required to ensure the doors remain compliant with current safety and insurance standards. MTH will continue to provide maintenance to keep the doors in good working order, help them last for as long as possible, and be available for emergency callouts should the customer ever require our help.
