Project Description

Installed in Athens, Georgia, these 10×8 hand-crafted wood garage doors are the focal point when you pull into the driveway. Accented with 1″ nail head clavos, this door was custom built to the customer’s specifications by Ranch House Doors. The goal was to match the front door so stain-grade Western red cedar was used. In the end, we installed a total of five custom wood doors and two steel garage doors on the backside of the detached garage. Some of these required low headroom tracks as we did not have the headroom needed to install the door and springs.

The project includes Five 10×8 custom wood garage doors from Ranch House Doors and two 16×8 Short Panel Raised Urethane Injected Steel Garage Door on the back of the detached garage. All are operated by LiftMaster 8550w belt drive openers. Doors took about 4 – 6 weeks to make and deliver.
